Ensure the physical safety of Jamboree participants and staff, alongside the Emergency Services Provide guidance about any training (YPT, safe swim, etc) required and/or recommended for participants and staff per BSA policies. If any programs involve aquatics, ensure safety and that protocols are followed Coordinate with VC Medical
Chair Midway Vendors/Sponsors
With Sponsors Chair, help recruit external sponsors and vendors for Midway Advance coordination with external (non-scouting) exhibitors at Midway Communicate all vendor/sponsor needs and expectations to Midway Logistics chair Sponsor/vendor registration and check-in
